Well today is the first day of the New Year. Did I make resolutions?? YES! Will I share them...yes.
1. stitch more to stress less
2. get back into reading
3. follow a healthy diet
4. exercise on a regular basis
As you can see short and sweet! I am hoping the combo of the four helps me stress less, get into shape, lose weight and lower my bp. I would like to look better as well but honestly health is a top priority this year. I will be 40 in November and need to have a better grip on my health.
Stitching and reading did not start the New Year well. I have not picked up a book or a needle. I am soon going to do both though. I am going(I think)to start my Wingding thing from Blue Ribbon and also pick out a good book to read. I am working tomorrow and have a busy day planned.
