These are not great photos because I had to scan them but it will give everyone the idea of how much I have done. I love this project and it means a lot to me.
As most of you know, hubby is in Afghanistan. I also decided to quit my job and Jan. 16 will be my last day. I am very much at peace with the decision. This my big toe design will be my project for the year Frank is gone. I already have God Grane Me The done but I can't seem to get it uploaded. It is also bringing me some peace. Hopefully I can share a pic soon.
I had a good weekend. I learned the punch needle. Finished the stitching of this ornament and worked on a mystery sampler. Hope everyone else had a good weekend!
As many of you know, I am very proud of my job. I feel all the nurses make a difference in the lives of the moms and babies we serve. Thursday morning we were on the CBS morning show. Here is a link to the story and video http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/08/05/earlyshow/main4323649.shtml
This is the blue elephant that I made with a group of wonderful stitchers to be made into a Noah's ark quilt. All the people making squares belong to every stitch counts at yahoo. Isn't he cute???
